    Presentation

 

The school belongs to among the most important educational institutions which operate in the north-west Czech locality. It opened in 1951. Originaly the theoretical and practical education was realized in the historical buildings from the19th century. The school has been using the reconstructed buildings then till present. In 1986 the theoretical part of the education was moved to Na Průhoně, where the school management has its guarters. The year 1991 was very important for the school because received a Strattegic business unit. On the basic principles of innovative educational programmes, after project certification, the school gained a new indication: Integrovaná střední škola energetická.

By transformation and continual improvement  the quality of education.has risen this merging of Střední odborné učiliště stavební and Integrovaná střední škola energetická was accepted by the Ústí district municipality on the 1st September 2007. The school will be renamed Střední škola energetická a stavební, Chomutov, Na Průhoně 4800, allowance organization.

Currently- approximately 1000 students are preparing to graduate in their chosen field. The school also trains and educates approximately 200 trainees participants of further education. Quality  hotel accommodation is at  the disposal of interested persons and full – time boarding with thr option of two main course menu  in two modern  canteens.

The school focuses on the preparation of specialists for the Czech energetics, electrotechnics and mechanical engineering. Its portfolio was extended to the proffesional preparation of fire rescue companies. From September 2007 it will also include the building professions too.

Our education philosophy is not only focused on youth education and related activities but we alsp concentrate on the further education.

The school is an accredited centre of further education for pedagogical employees, accredited centre for realization of retraining plans, it provides proffesional education in elecrotechnic and machine servicing. These activities support integration of our school into the system projects of the Ministry of Education and thr established school consultant centre „RaDoSt“.

 

In year 2 000 this school obtained status as a  training centre of the Czech-Dutch education programme IQ in the electronic certification assembly area.  On January 2006 it gained the licence from the Czech Company of Cybernetics and Informatics for the training and testing of  European PC computing-ECDL- Europe Computer Driving Licence. In 2003 the school statut of training and testing centre of the programme EURCERT (Europe certification in electronics)

The school made the contract of co-orporation with many important business subjects, for examples ČEZ a.s., generální ředitelství hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky etc.The school has co-orporated with many important regional bussines  covering education

From  all the Czech Republic.The school is at the forefront  of many significant coalitions and associations.The managerial staff work for many consultancy authorities: Český svaz zaměstnavatelů v energetice, Hospodářská komora ČR, Asociace energetického a elektrotechnického vzdělávání, Asociace pro využití tepelných čerpadel, Asociace institucí dalčího vzdělávání, Unie školských asociací – CZESHA etc.

 

The pupils can graduate  for future occupations: in four-year branches which are finished by graduation examination, in three-year branches which are finished by vocational certificates and a two-year institute for obtaining the school leaving education level.

 

Of the school-leaving examination these branches have finished at present:

Mechanic of heavy – current equipment
   
Vocational competency:-Know basic electrotechnical work and wiring
-Perform industrial wiring of the electrical system
-Apply technical skills in installing, un-installing, and  repairing electrical machines, devices, and equipment

Vocational competency:-Know computer and automation technology
-Know communication and consumer engineering
-Assembly, production of setting hydraulic pneumatic and electrical equipment
-Works connected with the service measuring and signalling systems
   
Fire engineer
   
Vocational competetency:-Manage rescue activities of the fire unit, find out the cause of  fire,and prepare fire documentation 
-Provide first aid to the injured
-Know and use fire equipment used in fire fighting, traffic accidents, and natural disasters
   
Mechatronic
   
Vocational competetency:-Know information and technical documentation
-Engeneering assembly , service and regulation of automated electrohydraulic, electropneumatic machines, electrotechnic measurement, programmable controllers and automated  manufacturing systems….
   
Machine-industries and electrotechnical equipment
   
Vocational competency:-Work with technical documentation which are intented for preparation and industrial processes in sphere of machine-industries and  electrotechnical equipment

Use:

  The school leaver Woodworking study fields is ready for a future exercise in corresponding working and social functions.

Sight enclosure:

  The preparation in special training is focused on plumber assembly, reparation and keeping inner cold and warm water distribution, drainage, heating, gas and air conditioning including assembly armour and fitting, reparation and keeping inner electric distribution and installation inclusive assembly, linking and corrections housing, civil and industrial objects.

Use:

The school leaver is secondary well- educated specialist with general and special education. He/ she  is able to exert complex activities which are connecting with installation, simple projects, debugging, reparation, running, diagnostics, regulation, upkeep concrete electronic systems and arrangement; work up documentation technical arrangement buildings with application appropriate technical specifications and recipes.

Sight enclosure:

The instructional enclosure school leaver marks education, skills and posture from special and specific special education areas.

Use:

The school leaver will acquire qualification especially for an upholster and a decorator.

Sight enclosure:

The school leaver is ready for separately exert plumber work, i. g. essembly, repairing and upkeep inner cold and warm water distribution ( inclusive road junction), drainage, heating and gas inclusive armour assembly, install articles and appliance in housing, civil, industrial objects.

Use:

The instructional sphere Plumber prepares on achievement working activity a plumber.

Sight enclosure:

Having finished desposition in instructional enclosure Metalworker- building production and after successful passing final examination the school leaver has basic theoretic knowledge about used material, technological and routing exert tin work in building industries.

Use:

The school leaver is able to exercise activities which are cohered with a building  metalworker profession. After obtaining appropriate practice he/she is able to  carry business separately in the field.

 

22-61/h  Painter, spraying

Sight enclosure:

The school leaver will exert in a trade sphere and service areas having finished deposition in industrial enclosure Painter and after successful fulfillment of final examination.

Use:

The school leaver is ready for achievement working occupation in the area application of paint and spray colours, varnish and masses and writing- painting. Along the disposition it is possible to profile a student for concrete occupation, e.g. a painter, an auto- painter, a sign writer. After completion education at restoration object and special working the school leaver of the enclosure is able to apply in production and service spheres; in advertisement, in furniture industry.

 

36-64-H  Dry assembly

Sight enclosure:

Having finished disposition in instructional enclosure Fitter of dry constructions and after successful fulfillment final examination the school leaver has basic knowledge about used material and technology. He/ she has survey about engineering construction and technical arrangement of buildings.

Use:

The school leaver is able to exercise activities incidental by profession a fitter of dry constructions. After graduation appropriate practice he/ she is able to carry business separately in the field.

 

36-64-H/001  Carpenter

36-64-H   Carpenter, carpenter work

Sight enclosure:  

Having finished disposition in instructional enclosure Carpenter and after successful fulfillment of final examination the school leaver has basic theoretic knowledge about used material, technological and routing and reduction exert basic carpenter work. The learners of the enclosure Carpenter are apprised of basic materials, technological and routing used for work on a rooftop in a related sphere a slater and a tin smith- building production to be conformable with entrepreneurial sphere needs.

Use:

The school leaver is able to exercise activities  incidental by a profession Carpenter. After obtaining appropriate practice he / she is able to carry business separately in the field.

 

36-64-E  Carpentry and joinery

Sight enclosure:

Hand and mechanical wood working, attendance of wood-working tool grinder and sharpener, their setting and sharpening. Fabrication, make- up and assembly assorted carpenter produce, construction and auxiliary arrangement. Assembly and dismantling of assorted wooden and metal scaffold, fabrication and dismantling unyielding and sliding boarding.

Use:

The instructional sphere carpenter work prepares learners on achievement assessment circle working activities for an occupation a builder – achievement carpenter works.

 

33-56-H   Joiner, joinery

Sight enclosure:

Having finished disposition in the instructional enclosure Joiner and after successful fulfillment final examination the school leaver mint in requisite qualities furniture and furnishing, building joinery, carpenter produce and construction, cementation wooden engineering construction and other produce enclosure, do corrections and renewal, do assembly products.

Use:

Successful mastered hereof educational program a short ripening in the field  enable the school leaver to exercise at a profession a joiner.

36-67-H  Bricklayer, stove fitter, brickworks, construction works

Sight enclosure:

Having finished disposition in instructional enclosure Bricklayer and after successful fulfillment final examination school leavers have basic knowledge about used materials and technology. They can fettle separately masonry from different materials, shoulder building prefabricated elements, do inner and external rendering, simple isolation, concrete, iron, tile setter and tiler works. They can install products of affiliation building constructions; control completing works at constructions; control groundwork at reparation and reconstruction of buildings, dry assembly engineering construction and heat cladding of constructions.

Use:

After appropriate practice school leavers are able to exert gained special qualification at independent activities in building industry.

 

36-67-E  Bricklayer, stove fitter, brickworks, construction works

Sight enclosure:

Preparation of building mixture and materials, walling masonry from assorted materials; simple concret works, plasterer and insulative works. Shouldering prefabricated elements and produce affiliation building production.

Use:

The instrumental sphere Brickwork prepares learners for achievement assessment circle working activities an occupation a builder achievement masonry working.

 

Escalation qualification:

Continuing to penthouse studies in field of study (daily study, extramural  study) which are specialized on obtaining GCE examination “A” Level.


These activities are complete project working and international partnership. We can develop friendly relations with pedagogues  and pupil mobility to Germany, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Lithuania, Spain, Slovakia, Austria  etc.

We have been working with  the international corporation of Leonardo da Vinci and Socrates.

Our project activities are supported very significantly  in the following programmes ESF, PHARE, EQUAL and especially, by participation in the national system projects which have been solving quality problems in education, approval of further educational results and study graduation in the secondary schools.

We also provide student leisure  ativities.They can use ICT, they have many sport possibilities ( volleyball, floorball and indoor football).There is a voluntary team of students who co-operate with the school voluntary firemen. Seeing that our school cannot offer all spectrum of interests ,the school co-operates with many organizations in the city Chomutov.
